Is the Founder and Director of Chocky Tyali Incorporated Attorneys. She is a qualified and an admitted attorney with a right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa. She possesses a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the university of Walter Sisulu University (WSU). She served and completed her articles of clerkship in Pretoria in 2010. Chocky went further and completed full time Practical Legal Training with LEAD in that same year. She got admitted on the 7th of June 2011.

Soon after her admission as an attorney she founded Chocky Tyali Inc. Attorneys. She has worked tirelessly for the well establishment of the law firm at the heart of Benoni. She has been in the legal fraternity providing professional legal services for more than 10 years. She has practiced in various fields of law, which included, but not limited to criminal law, labour law, civil litigation, administration of estate, matrimonial matters and advanced commercial contracts. In 2021 she completed a course in Medical Negligence with LSSA-LEAD.

When Chocky is not vigorously fighting for the rights of her clients and advocating for her clients in the courtroom, she spends her free time with family.

Is a passionate litigator specialising in all aspects of civil, corporate and commercial litigation. He started his career at Chocky Tyali Inc. Attorneys in 2020 after completing his LLB degree at the University of Johannesburg (UJ) in 2019. He completed a course in Artificial Intelligence in the Fourth Industrial Revolution at the University of Johannesburg in 2020 and LLM in Commercial Law in 2021.

He went on to successfully complete his Practical Vocational Training course via the LSSA-LEAD Program in 2022. Tinashe got admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa on the 25th of July 2024. His key strength lies in his innate ability to quickly adapt to challenges thrown at him and being effectively relevant at all times. He spends some of his free time mentoring candidate attorneys with an emphasis on assisting them with board exam preparation and how to adjust to the law environment.
